Going Into The Action/Climax

Now you are probably wondering what this post is going to be about, well… It is very self explanatory from the title of this post.

Going into the action of the book can be the most hardest and being the most fun part. Hard because this is where all the action is going on. It is the hardest when you are getting mixed up in all the action, sometimes it is confusing with all the different ideas going back and forth. Although this is the part of the most fun part because it is where the fun stuff happens. I know that, that sounds weird, but it is true, writing is a mystery that you have to find out when you plan it.

Speaking of plans, when you go into the climax you need to have one. This way, so you will know what happens and won’t get confused or write things that were not supposed to happen. This is a chart that will guide you to organizing:

What is your character doing (goes below)
Why your character is doing that (goes below)
How does what your character is doing affect your storyline (goes below)
What will happen after your character has done what he/she has just done (goes below)

This helps because you are being knowledgeable about your storyline and your characters. You also may be wondering why do I need this in the first place. Well, you are in control of the story aren’t you? Being a writer is like being a boss in a company. To be that role you must know what is going on.

Anyway, I hope this helps!
